    This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst place and food I have ever eaten in my entire life. It is so bad, if it were not a chain I could see it being featured on one of those restaurant disaster shows. Fear Factor food would be better. The Donner Party would have not even eaten this. The words dreadful, horrible, gastro-awful, rancid, unbelievably bad, pathetic would normally be negatives to describe a restaurant. However, at this place it would be a compliment and they would have to improve significantly from where they are now to actually be described like that. They must hire people as cooks that can't find jobs anywhere else and have no experience. You cannot cook this bad unless you really, really try. A 4 year old with an easy bake oven could do better. It is so bad I had to wait for a couple weeks to write the review, because I wanted to see if my view mellowed some. It did not. I went in on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30 with two other people. Server took our order about 4:35 - food did not get there until 5:15. One person got prime rib. It looked like one of those rubber dog chew toys that makes a whistle when they chew on it. The prime rib cut like it was a rubber chew toy as well. I ordered a ribeye- which you associate with a cut of meat from beef cattle. I think this must have come off a culled dairy cow that could no longer produce milk. If you had told me it was three day old roadkill scooped off of 95 I would have believed you. SPAM directly from the can would have been better. We all got baked potatoes with the steaks. I think they might have been left over..... from 3 or 4 days before. I am so embarrassed to even give this place one star. I must apologize to all the other places I have given one or two stars to- you are much better than this.

    Every time I have been there since they first opened years ago, my steak is always more fat than meat, low quality. They will not be getting any more of my money. There are too many other chain restaurants around that serve a much better steak for the money.

    Hands down the worst steakhouse I have been too in years. The restaurant itself was old and tired. The food showed up at the table incorrect and my prime rib had to go back. When it came back it was medium well and not medium rare. The fried apples were several days old. The best thing was my fries. The waiter had a bad memory, got several things wrong, including my steak, and never did anything to make it up. Won't be going back. I'll go down the road to Outback next time.

    I have eaten here about 15 times over the past couple of years and unfortunately, the food and service has always been subpar. Also, it's disappointing that they do not use or offer real butter with their food (margarine only).

    The food here is AWFUL. The so-called fall off the bone ribs are dry and you have to literally rip the meat off the bone. The steak came out way over cooked and after being sent back the one that came back was tougher than leather. The service was slow - not quite as slow as the food coming but slow. The manager has a non-chalant attitude about anything being wrong.

    I had been here several times and had differing experiences. Most were not good. I have waited a while to post this review so it would not be completely nasty. I took my son here for dinner as he wanted steak. Being that he had a good report card and was fantastic at Lowes I felt obliged. What a catastrophic nightmare mistake I made! You see Sagebrush had a special. You could get a big hunk o prime rib for 9.99 (alert danger Will Robinson its a deal too good to be true for that and its prime rib before 4pm!!) Well I decided to let my son order off the big boy menu and we both got the specials. We also both got 'cowboy potatoes'. My onions were not completely cooked nor were my potatoes. My son didnt eat his as they tasted bad to him. Our meat, oh lord its prime rib how do you ruin a meal with something so easy. Well my suspicion is that it was last nights prime rib. It was a greasy hot mess. I have never put steak sauce on prime rib before but it happened here. The horse radish sauce was bad also. All around it was a bad meal. I said something to the waitress and got a response of "thats how prime rib is cooked". Needless to say if thats how its cooked I have to go to the places that cooked it wrong as its always juicy and flavorful when I have had it. The real end, the worse part is I started to get hot while sitting at the table. I felt the food poisoning set in and we began to leave as quickly as I could. I barely made it home from this hole from which I never will return. Both my son and I were ill and I can truthfully say that this was the last time I will take a chance on a place I have had far too many bad experiences with. You are better off going to Outback or if you want to drive a bit OCharley's in Chester. Sure these guys will bring you another 'recooked' steak but really how many times do they have to do this a night?

    This place has obviously improved since the past reviews. Me and my husband have come here a lot in the past 4 months. Always have had a well cooked steak (LOVE!), great great great service, and omg the cheddar biscuits are like crack! I am so about this place! The only thing that's blah is the decor, but I could really care less with how good the food is and how my drinks are always filled :)

    Saturday afternoon- the place is pretty much deserted.. food was totally disgusting..old french fries...my steak looked and tasted off .. Never seen ribeye resemble what I had on my plate. We haven't been here in awhile but my husband wanted peanuts so here we were..(what I sacrifice) but after we sat down we found out they no longer serve peanuts; I should of gotten up, left and been done with it but oh no- we decided to give it a chance. It's quite obvious that the cooks don't give a crap about what they are serving.. Seriously U could tell they couldn't even be bothered to cook some fresh fries..I told my husband the only item on my plate that was fresh was the sliced onion. I don't like to complain (instead I save my frustration for Yelp) but this time I did and the waitress didn't even care either..choosing instead to stand with the rest of the staff chit chatting at the hostess stand..my husband told me to call corporate and complain but honestly I will never ever step foot in the place again so why bother.

    Well we took our friend Derek out for a steak dinner everybody else gives him burgers. Not that he don't like a good burger, but he's been wanting a steak. So he knows I'll fix him right up. So we decided to go to Sagebrush because we got some 10% off your check coupons. Before we get into the food stuff I forgot to take some photos of all the food, as we were entertaining Derek. We ordered Derek a Marshall sirloin with mashed potato's and a salad. My wife Got the baby back ribs and Myself got the 15oz rib eye. The steaks were cooked perfectly and my wife loved the ribs and she said the baked potato was the best she has had. Now Derek loved his meal especially the steak. But now our friend loves chocolate cake so we ordered him this brownie thing, again I can't remember the name of the thing. You can see the picture of it, but that thing was huge. And of course Derek loved every bit of it , and when we were leaving he was planning for the next time we take him out. But the food was great and service was outstanding and they don't hurt your wallet to bad either.

    I used to love going here But they changed their menu and It's disgusting. The food looks like it is canned and the staff is horrible. When I got my steak It tasted like I was eating leather. Ehhh.

    Typical steakhouse fair, always cooked fresh, which can take some time but in my opinion is worth it. I normally don't review chains on here, but I absolutely love that 90% of the times I come here, mostly for lunch specials, the owner is here and makes a point to speak to every customer, making sure everything is good. It's really nice to see someone care that much about their restaurant. Also, I have never had a steak be over or under cooked here. On rare occasion they'll have an off day but mostly they're pretty good!

    Our meals took forever to arrive and when the did all were just warm or cold. The did bring out a hot replacement but by the time it arrived the cold ones had been finished. Our server was not very attentive at all. I have absolutely no desire to dine there again.
